Using Kol Emunah

Kol Emunah is a free Torah audio library, run alongside the hotline at 718.400.7717. You may listen, bookmark and download shiurim for your own personal use, and share links to them with others.

Please use it in the spirit it is given: for personal listening and for sharing chizuk with other Yidden.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Give us an email address that reaches you — that is how we confirm changes to your account and how we would reply to something you send.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

The content

The shiurim, songs and recordings are provided by their speakers and by Kol Emunah, and remain their property. You may listen and download for yourself, and share links.

Please do not re-publish, re-upload, sell, or edit the recordings, or present them as your own. If you would like to use material for a shiur, a school or an organisation, write to us — we are usually glad to say yes.

Content is offered for chizuk. It is not a substitute for guidance from your own Rav, and it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

What you send us

When you send a story, a question, a recording or a file, you confirm that it is yours to send and that you are comfortable with the team reading it.

You give us permission to use it on the hotline, on the site or in the app — anonymously unless you tell us otherwise. Tell us if you would rather it were not used, and it will not be.

Please keep other people's names and identifying details out of what you send.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running and the library growing, but we cannot promise it will always be available or uninterrupted, and content may be added, changed or removed.

Kol Emunah is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use Kol Emunah after that means the new version applies.
